Our mission at instakotlin.com is to help mobile app developers and small businesses ship apps quickly and reliably. We strive for high quality in design, code, and customer service.
Eligibility
- We will issue a full refund if the product does not match its promised description.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- Before issuing a refund, we require written confirmation that all downloaded materials have been permanently deleted.
- Refunds are not available if you have used our customer support for assistance related to the product, or if you have previously received a refund for the same purchase.
- The Android Mega Bundle is not eligible for refunds.
Effect of a Refund
If a refund is granted, you forfeit all rights to the purchased product and must not use or retain any copies of it.
How to Request a Refund
Please submit a refund request via our contact form and include:
- Your order number and purchase email
- A clear description of how the product failed to meet the promised description
- A statement confirming all downloaded materials have been deleted
